With over 19 years of proven experience in the development and implementation of corporate training programs, Jef brings a creative and engaging approach to sales. After relocating to Atlanta for a second time, Jef joined Lane Company's condominium division in August 2003 and sold out his first community in just 3 months earning him the title of “Rookie of the Year” in his first year in Real Estate. After completing sales in 2 additional communities, Jef then teamed up with 2 other agents in 2006 to earn the Atlanta Homebuilders' Sales and Marketing Council Professionalism Silver Award for “Sales Team of the Year” as the team achieved over 80 million dollars in condominium sales. With over 17 years experience in leadership development with Delta Airlines Inc., Brad Clapp's transition to Real Estate was a seamless one.
